  A friend of mine purchased a watch with me from here but never got to wear it because the clasp was defective and the watch kept falling off, it would not lock at all. Manager of the store called it a "cosmetic" defect after the purchase, when clearly a defective clasp on a brand new watch affects functionality and is not simply a cosmetic defect. When point was raised the Manager kept repeating that nothing can be done about cosmetic defects after you leave the store and that there are no returns when it's clearly not cosmetic. His "intelligent solution" as manager was seriously offering to try and bend the clasp with his hands and some pliers but warned that the watch might be be better or useless after, mind you the watch was brand new. This store is peddling defective knockoffs, quality control and service is not what it used to be, better to spend a little more for better quality and service.
